Marcus Cremonese
Marcus is an award-wining biomedical illustrator who has worked exclusively for nearly two decades for Australian and international medical researchers, surgeons, professors and scientists. A recognised leading practitioner in his specialised field, Marcus spent almost 20 years at the University of NSW's medical illustration unit and currently works from his Sydney studio on freelance projects from around the world. He is also a regular speaker and lecturer at national and international conferences and workshops. Marcus is a member of the Australian Institute of Medical and Biological Illustration and a Registered Biomedical Illustrator. Before moving to Australia in the early 1980s, Marcus completed a BA, completed studies in anatomical drawing for artists, and worked as Deputy Art Director for the Brazilian Journal of Medicine (JBM).
